Healthybud’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) policy protects the integrity of our product line and ensures fair competition.

All Healthybud products must be advertised at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Discounting through coupons, rebates, or similar methods resulting in a net price below MAP is non-compliant.

If Healthybud identifies a violation, the retailer will be contacted and required to correct pricing immediately.
Failure to comply within three (3) business days may result in suspension of supply.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide a secure and reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee that our services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Healthybud and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
