At Healthybud, we know how excited you (and your pup!) are to receive your order.
We do our best to process and ship all orders quickly, safely, and with care.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
During busy times (like Black Friday, holidays, or special promotions), processing may take  3-5 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.


Shipping Times

We ship from local warehouses in both Canada and the United States to deliver as quickly as possible.

Average delivery times:

  • Canada & USA: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on carrier schedules

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If your order exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind.


Multiple Shipping Addresses

We can only ship to one address per order.
If you’d like to send Healthybud goodies to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for errors made by postal or courier services.
However, if your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
We’ll guide you through submitting a claim with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue.


Order Cancellations

We work hard to ship orders within 24–48 hours, so the cancellation window is very short.
If we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed, we’ll happily issue a full refund.
Once the order is in process or shipped, we can no longer cancel it — but we’ll always do our best to help.
