At Healthybud, we know every dog is different — especially picky eaters. That’s why we proudly offer our Picky Eater Money-Back Guarantee for first-time customers.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right — quickly and fairly.

🐶 Picky Eater Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Customers)
Trying Healthybud for the first time and your dog isn’t into it? No worries.
If you’re a first-time customer and your dog doesn’t like the product, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date.
You’ll have two options:
Option 1: Product Swap (On Us!)

Exchange your product for any Healthybud product of equal value

Healthybud covers the shipping for the replacement product
Option 2: Full Credit

Receive a full credit to shop alternative products on our store

No need to return the product your dog didn't like
Option 3: Full Refund

Receive a full refund to your original payment method
-
You will be responsible to return the product and the cost of shipping

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Non-Picky-Eater Situations)
For all other return requests:

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Some items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we’ll confirm eligibility and next steps.

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, unless covered under the Picky Eater Guarantee for first-time customers.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
🎁 Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return

If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
