Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ship from local warehouses in both Canada and the US.

Generally, orders shipping within Canada and the US will arrive between 3-4 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:
We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office:
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the carrier. We will always provide all the help we can.

Cancellations:
We do our best to ship items within 24-48 hours. Because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
