What if my dog doesn't like the food?
No problem - our products have a 100% picky-eater guarantee.
That being said, some dogs need a little encouragement when trying something new. If your dog isn't loving it right away, you can try:
• Rehydrating with warm water to release more aroma
• Mixing with a bit of their current food
• Using it as a topper or treat first

How do I transition from Kibble?
Start slow! Mix a small amount of Healthybud into your dog’s current food and gradually increase over 7–10 days. We recommend going in 25% increments.
This gives your dog’s system time to adjust to the higher nutrient density and added gut-supporting ingredients.
Is Freeze-Dried food safe to feed?
Yes! Freeze-drying removes moisture (not nutrients) and undergoes thorough processes to prevent harmful bacteria from surviving. Every batch of Healthybud is made in a certified facility in the USA and rigorously tested to meet the highest safety standards.
Is this food good for sensitive stomachs?
Yes! Our recipes are easily digestible and made with a short list of clean ingredients, including pre- and postbiotics to support a healthy gut microbiome—often the root of skin issues, bloating, or irregular poops.
Is it suitable for puppies and seniors too?
Absolutely. Healthybud is formulated for all life stages and is great for puppies, adults, and senior dogs. The nutrient density and gentle format are especially helpful for picky eaters, small breeds, and older pups.
Do I need to rehydrate it?
Rehydrating is optional—you can serve it dry like kibble, or add warm water to help bring out even more flavours!

All of our freeze-dried raw food is made in the USA in small batches at a certified, state-of-the-art facility that meets the highest safety & quality standards.
While we’re a proud Canadian company, we chose to manufacture in the USA because Canada currently lacks the specialized freeze-drying technology and scale required to meet our product and safety standards.
